SALAMANDRA
The SALAMANDRA Project intends to become a Territory Management tool providing local communities with the technological assets, operational training and technical education that will allow them to increase their autonomy in preserving and improving their safety and well-being. Originally for the purpose of Early Warning Wild Fire Detection, Deterrence to Criminal Activities, Assistance in Command and Control of Fire Fighting Operations, it also proves to be an added value in providing direct assistance to the populations within the scope of Logistics Transport, Ad-hoc Radio Communications Networks, Coastal and Offshore Monitoring with preventive action and assistance to rescue operations both on land and at sea
