  • Meeting rooms available by prior appointment;
  • Management of access authorizations to the facilities;
  • Visitor routing;
  • Electricity for common areas;
  • Maintenance and cleaning of common areas and external spaces;
  • Bathroom consumables;
  • Telecommunications infrastructure;
  • Internet;
  • Cafeteria and dining area;
  • Outdoor garden area;
  • Parking;
  • Surveillance with alarm and night patrol;
  • Maintenance and conservation of infrastructure.
  • Postal address, telephone answering and fax service, during normal business hours, on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 18:00;
  • Reception and secretariat;
  • Electronic communication resources;
  • Internal mail and forwarding to external mail;
  • Provision of specific operational support services, which include:
  • Facilitating access to spaces for displaying the company's product/activity;
  • Facilitating contacts with research centres, other forms of knowledge, sources of funding, among others;
  • Presence on the VougaPark web portal with technical details, logo and link to the company's website;
  • Mailing list with general information of interest (events, studies, news, among others).
  • Publicity at events in which VougaPark participates;
  • Publicity of the project on the VougaPark website and social networks.
