In this workshop at the IEFP in Águeda, the entrepreneurs learned to use the Lean Canvas, an agile tool for designing their business model, validating assumptions, and building a solid value proposition.
The focus was on helping entrepreneurs identify the key elements that make up a business model, such as the problem to be solved, the value proposition, customer segments, distribution channels, revenue streams, among others.
