Vougapark hosted another edition of VougaConnect, an event dedicated to reflection and debate on Upskilling and Reskilling, two key concepts shaping the transformation of today’s labour market. In a context marked by rapid technological change and increasing job volatility, the initiative highlighted the importance of an integrated approach involving people, companies and training institutions.
During the morning session, participants took part in a collaborative group activity led by Paulo Quina, from Escola Profissional de Aveiro. The session focused on critical questions such as the most difficult skills to find in the labour market, current challenges in education and training, and the need for concrete solutions to strengthen continuous reskilling in the region.
In the afternoon, VougaConnect opened the floor to experience sharing and practical insights from Bruno Figueiredo, Co-CEO of Graphenest, Marta Gonçalves, from Qualivida, Bárbara Posse, Project Manager at AEVA, and Luís Gustavo Martins, Co-Founder of AMPinvest. The discussion brought together different business perspectives and reinforced the role of lifelong learning as a driver of competitiveness and sustainability.
More than an event, VougaConnect positioned itself as a space for active listening, collaboration and collective construction, strengthening Vougapark’s role as a connector and catalyst within an innovation ecosystem that prepares the region for present and future challenges.
