VougaPark brought together companies from its business ecosystem last Friday for a session dedicated to presenting the action plan and goals for 2026. The meeting also created an opportunity for networking among the companies operating within the innovation centre.

The presentation was delivered by Andreia Fonseca, VougaPark project manager, and included the participation of councillor Paula Coutinho.

During the session, the main strategic priorities that will guide VougaPark’s activities in 2026 were presented. These include strengthening the business ecosystem, attracting technology-based companies, enhancing business qualification and creating new platforms for visibility and connection between companies, talent and investment.

The plan also includes the development of new initiatives and projects, such as the second season of VougaTalks, the creation of a business Media Lab and the organization of specialized bootcamps and meetups for companies. These initiatives aim to foster knowledge sharing and create new growth opportunities for the regional business community.

Additional measures include new services and improvements to the innovation centre’s infrastructure, as well as the creation of an advisory board composed of business, academic and institutional representatives to strengthen the ecosystem and attract investment.

With this plan, VougaPark aims to further consolidate its role as a regional innovation hub, contributing to business competitiveness, investment attraction and the economic development of Sever do Vouga.
