Vougapark participated in the European Funds Exhibition, held in Coimbra from 3 to 5 December. The initiative aimed to bring citizens, companies and organisations closer to available funding opportunities while presenting projects supported by Portugal 2030, Portugal 2020 and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
Over the three days, participants had access to technical support desks, a showcase of funded projects, thematic sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities with public and private entities from across the country. The programme highlighted key investment areas for the coming years, including innovation, competitiveness, digital transformation, sustainability and territorial cohesion.
Representing Vougapark, project manager Andreia Fonseca followed the discussions closely, gaining deeper insight into the reprogramming of funds and new investment priorities that are essential for regional development.
According to Andreia Fonseca:
"It was very important to understand the reprogramming of funds and the allocation of resources to areas such as decarbonisation. It was also inspiring to see funded projects and understand how these measures can create real impact in the territory."
Participation in the Exhibition strengthened Vougapark’s strategic alignment with European funding programmes and reinforced its mission to support entrepreneurs, companies and innovation initiatives in Sever do Vouga and the wider Aveiro Region.
